Cancellation Policy
A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations. No credit card needed to book; payment is due at time of service. RESTRICTED ITEMS Eliminate Junk Removal LLC does not haul: • Hazardous Materials: Chemicals, paint, oils, or fuel. • Medical Waste: Biohazards or needles. • Heavy Aggregates: Concrete, rock, dirt, or sod. • Large Demo: Sheds or hot tubs. SPECIAL HANDLING FEES: • Flat Screen TVs: $50 surcharge per item for e-waste recycling. • CRT/Tube TVs & Rear Projection: $75-$100 Surcharge (due to extreme weight and higher hazardous disposal fees). • Std E-Waste: $25 for printers monitors, or small electronics. • Mattress Set: $149 • Single Mattress: $119 • Std Fridge: $99 • Dbl Door Fridge: $125 • Prices exclude $40 Freon fee. • Appliances: Garage/ground level outside/curbside only. • Curbside Discount: 15% off total. • Heavy Items: $50-$100 • Stairs/Distance: $30
